Seriously though if you brag about how little you eat/how many meals you’ve skipped lately/how much weight you’ve lost I’m almost definitely going to want to punch you in the face.


For me, it’s very difficult to differentiate physical hunger from emotional hunger. Sometimes I don’t know if I’m feeding my body or just feeding my feelings. It’s so easy to convince myself I’m hungry when I’m actually not. That’s the hardest part: learning how to stop lying to myself.
